Pool and Hot Tub Treatments

Using salt in the pools and hot tubs is a preferred alternative to a chlorine system.  Any pool or hot tub, regardless of its original setup, can be salt water based with a single conversion tool added to your equipment.  This addition is called a salt water chlorinator or chlorine generator and can be found at most pool or hot tub shops.  The chlorinator gradually breaks down the salt by electrolysis into its integral parts of sodium and chlorine, maintaining the carefully balanced sanitizing condition of the water without the need to apply harsh chemicals. 

Salt water pools and hot tubs are more gentle on skin, eyes, and swimsuits and do not have a “salty” taste or smell.  The water feels much more like a natural body of water.
